"I contacted your organisation via your Email address for a quote. Yesterday Mark called my home left a message, I tried to return the call last night but it was obviously after hours. This morning he returned my call and we arranged for him to visit my home this afternoon and quote, I also advised I would like him to quote on my Sons home also in the same suburb. He called me at about 2 pm this afternoon gave me a quote and I accepted and he commenced and completed the work.
